The prices stated for the individual programmes are final prices and include statutory VAT (currently 19%). Prices for resellers on request

Payment can be made either in cash to hirthe | gmbh Kultur + Kommunikation staff (against receipt) or by invoice.

Free cancellation is possible until the 4th day before the service date. hirthe | gmbh Kultur + Kommunikation charges a flat processing fee of € 25,00 for rebooking and cancellation on the 4th and 3rd day before the performance date. 75% of the order value will be charged for rebooking and cancellation on the 2nd day and on the day before the performance date, 75% for cancellation on the day of performance and 100% for "no-show" (plus 30 minutes waiting time).

The hirthe | gmbh staff is obliged to wait 30 minutes from the agreed start of the tour. After that the tour is considered cancelled and hirthe | gmbh is entitled to the full fee.

If the group arrives late, it must be agreed between the group management and the management whether the tour should be shortened accordingly or, if the management does not have other obligations, the originally agreed duration of the tour should be adhered to. In this case, the fee shall be calculated on the basis of the waiting period and the actual duration of the tour. This does not affect the customer's ability to prove a lower loss of earnings or other earning potential of the management personnel.
